Cancellation Policy:

Any appointment cancellation or re-arrangement will require 3 days notice either by phone or in person, text messages, emails or answer phone messages are not acceptable. James' mobile phone can be contacted between 9am and 8pm.

Any cancellations made before the 3 days will be able to re-book once or cancel their appointment at no extra charge.

Any cancellations made after the 3 days will be invoiced at a fee of £30.
