Dog training can be made really fun and really simple, all you need to have are the simple tools and knowledge on how to train your dog correctly.

Dog training must be rewarding for both you and the dog otherwise you are going to get fed up and this will pass down onto the dog we are trying to train.
and as a result the dog gets fed up and starts to miss behave.

The most simple thing You can do to teach your dog what is required while training it is to tell him/her what you want it to do. Sounds obvious doesn't it!
Every week I help dog owners like yourselves to train their badly behaved dogs and one of the singal biggest faults I see is the dogs owner telling the dog what it shouldn't do.

Here is an example, a dog that jumps up on everyone usually gets told GET OFF, PACK IT IN, however no one has ever trained the dog to sit when he meets people.

Obviously this is a simple example but try to think how you can teach and train your dog what is required and i am sure your dog training will be much more fun for both you and your dog.
